Since the birth of my first child, I mainly focus on two things: How can I live longer so I can spend more time with him and secondly how can I be more active/fit so we can create more “active” memories together?
This quote describes perfectly what my mission is: I not only want to increase your life span (how many years you live) but also your health span (how well you will live those years).
Probably you remember just a handful of things about your childhood, but – I guess – most of the recallable memories are somehow involved with movements or activities. I called these: Active memories!!
We remember mostly about our bike trips, football matches, competitions, things we did together actively. Those things were only possible because we were fit enough to move.

My story

Autumn of 2017 was difficult and challenging period in my life. At this time at age of 63, after 1.5years of fighting, my father died in cancer. The tragic irony is that just two weeks before he passed away, his first grandchild was born. He could hold her in his hands, just once! This moment burnt into my memory ever since. I could not place this memory anywhere until the birth of my son in 2021. Then the two things connected, and it gave me renewed purpose. First purpose was to do everything I can to stay strong & healthy so I can live longer in good shape and enjoy my time with my children, grand and hopefully great grandchildren. The second was to learn how to keep other Dads healthy. If you want to become a fit dad, then the FitDad Mentorship Program is the right choice for you. Being fit and healthy dad has many advantages: you are going to be a good role model to them, you will have the energy and strength to move and play with your kids.

It all depends on you! I know as a dad we have very limited time. Therefore, I want to show you how to use your “free time” to exercise. You will learn how to train with your child(ren), on your way to work/home etc. Some days you will only do a 10 minutes of physical activity, but on some days more than an hour.
No. But if you already have some weights, KB or other fitness equipment’s, I can help you to use them properly.
Yes, next to exercise, nutrition is the other cornerstone of this program. We will definitely how to eat well, what you should eat etc.
