12-week one-on-one coaching trajectory in which I support fathers in their journey towards a sustainable healthier lifestyle and reaching their assigned and agreed to health goal. to get fathers into action-mode, troubleshoot barriers, form healthy habits and learn skills that enable them to take control over their health. This is done by creating a bond, showing personal interest and having regular check-ins.

From the very beginning instead of focusing on a “100% week”, we will focus on “no 0% weeks”. Trying to be perfect can stress you out, therefore we will look - in your life - for the smallest simplest possible change that produces the maximum possible benefit.
In line with your physique/health goals, schedule and desired training frequency. I offer practical plans and advice that are designed for real life. You might say, but I really don’t have time. Yeah, it is difficult, but it is not impossible. I will help you to see the “hidden” time to exercise.
We need to switch off sometimes and take it easy. It is not easy, as we prioritize our rest probably the least. But we need that if we want to be healthy for the long run. We will discuss this aspect as well.
